Mr. Mark F. Averill has been a member of the Senior Executive Service since June of 2009. He is currently the Deputy Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army providing Army, DoD, and other Federal agency customers a broad spectrum of executive services, operations support, and support for business activities, as well as fiscal and human resources, equal employment advisory services, and special programs support for Headquarters organizations and activities.
